It said something about having to pay for HD programmes - you won't get them for free, and that if you're not watching a HD programme then the quality is worse than non-HD TVs. I can't find it on the website though.

HD is only available through Sky HD at the moment and very few programmes are in HD so far, few US shows on Sky One, couple of nature shows, few films and some of the bigger football games. That's about it.
We've had it since last April when it launched, can't say I'd rave about itNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Dh's xbox 360 is hd and you can really tell the difference between HD and non hd games. Hence why he's so het up about having a hd tv! He keeps going about about some futureproofing rubbish but TBH I've stopped listening. lol!

XBOX 360's aren't real HD as they don't run on a HDMI socket just a scart.
