Gas landlord safety inspection thingy booked in this week for my tenant. She didn't answer her phone when I tried to call her for times she was free so I left it 20 mins and put 141 in front of my numberit amuses me how many people fall for that. Shocking how many people don't want to speak to me though :rotfl:. All money was from a fund so all good.

Morning all, Well raining here today so we're having a day indoors. Am regretting that already. My once half clean house is once again completely messy. Need to catch up on washing and put it all away, with no tumble drier and rain outside this will be fun!
Payday tomorrow :T Just going through the budget and am hoping to be able to put money away still for emergency fund target as well as putting a little aside for the hols. I'm planning a few day trips out but hoping they are not going to be hugely expensive and also planning a few days at my dads. Which I dread and look forward to all at the same time! He loves to eat out, in expensive restaurants and I feel obliged to pay and go even though we insist we are happy eating in and they insist they will pay. We usually let them pay and we take one of the bills out of the many. The last time we did that it cleared out our money put aside for the trip in one fell swoopso not looking forward to this!
I've decided I need some goals to work towards. Once i've decided what they are I might update on hereeven though I *may* be out of debt soon I can't see my situation changing drastically, after all we only pay out £116 atm on the debts per month. So that is £116 extra into the budget. Not a great deal really. But there are things I would like to do whilst the kids are still young, and things I would like to do before we get too old (i.e buy a house!!!!! One to live in this time!!!) So I will be back as and when I have my goals to work towards and i'm afraid i'll be on here forever paying for it all, but at least I have company eh
