morning! well today is definitely not a nsd!
need to go to Aldi, also am keeping some cash back for visit to MIL (and perhaps just a train fare like you say slm) so won't put it in the petrol just yet!
Also need to post a parcel off although that is all paid for by customer. Need to send my ds a parcel off too just remembered  best go and buy some more brown envelopes with padding and some bubble wrap! Umm and am selling that item later on. So should be £10 up.
DH said he might be able to pop home later for an hour before going back to london as he has to pick something up from someone or other?!
IT'S miserable again today. Really am fed up of this weather. If we don't get a decent summer i am emigrating too :rotfl: (won't need to convince dh he is trying to convince ME )
Did the tarot reading last night, no feed back as of yet though, although to be honest it was a little sensitive so wasn't expecting any straight away
Right suppose best get up and make some more tea and get dressedthen try to get the weekly shop in on £15 that way we'll have loads of money to last us
:rotfl:
found a little quote i like for today :A
There's only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that's your own self.

Good luck with the shopping. I hope OH makes it back even if only for an hour. Totally agree that we need the sun to arrive. Much easier and cheaper to amuse the children in nice weather:)Me, DD1 19, DS 17, DD2 14, Debt Free 04/18, Single Mum since 11/19

(fancied a bit of colour today)
Right well back from shopsI spent £42.70 in Ald1, and about £3 on food in Te£co. I also bought in Te£co, bubble wrap, brown paper, envelopes to send out stuff, memory card for DH's phone and also a bottle of wine..........the wine went in and something had to come out so i took out DD's lunch bag i'd picked out for her, i'm sure she would rather a happy mummy than a lunch bag with tinkerbell on, no??
ALso posted a parcel to DS1, a parcel from something i sold. Umm and got £20 of credit (£10 each for me and DS1) so will update spreadsheet now....oh and have around £45 left to last the week.. that is including getting us to mil and back oops!MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. That's a great idea - finding the clothes from friends - helps everyone out a bit!
Laughing about the lunchbox/wine swap. Probably a good choice. :-)
