  • Thanks Granny :A

Tenant unfortunately has not paid the remainder as of yet. I had to go to the bank this morning to check balances and transfer money from savings to current account to pay DD's (don't worry this was allocated money from 'bills' saving pot  ) all because my internet went down  Virgin is rubbish!!! We haven't had it very long and the signal is awful the t.v is constantly losing the signal as is the internet and well I never use the house phone to know about that one but I bet that is rubbish too!!! DH got it working again after my panic this morning when I couldn't get on the net to do my banking but this was after i'd already rushed across town to sort it out! Not impressed!

On other news because I had no internet I got my second coat of primer on pretty quickly ;) just one chair left to do which I had to leave as ds2 needed to go to school and I went to the gym so will do that in a bit.

DS2 this morning asked me if he could have a friend over for dinner to which I said yes of course! He hasn't ever had anyone yet and so I was happy he had friends :D when he asked if I could collect him as he doesn't drive I also said yes (what 3 yr old does drive right?) Then he told me I better go then as New York was a long way away. DS1 had told him that Peter Parker (Spiderman) lived in New York and apparently he's been calling ds2 and asking if he can come over and play (???) Hmmmm. So I told him if he went to nursery I would see what I could do. So what do I do???????? :rotfl::rotfl:

He also told me this morning that he felt dizzy and so I offered to carry him back from school (first school run of the day to drop off DD...) and he laughed and laughed at me :o??? Then told me I was silly and carrots were for dinner. He would not have it that I was saying CARRY, he was convinced it was just some ploy to get carrots down his neck :rotfl: crazy fool. Still he stopped moaning about being dizzy and laughed all the way home (he thinks I am deranged :o )

Right off to sort out that last chair, grab another shower and pick kids up i guess! My days seem too short they just disappear before my eyes these days

Love the Superman and carrots stories..they are fab!:T

So sorry to hear about the tenant. I know I got ticked off for saying this before but I do wonder if you need to put her on notice that if its not paid up by x then you will take the necessary steps. She might of course be having other issues, (I dont know - like family or health stuff)but if she is she needs to open up and agree a plan for regular repaying..like Tilly Tidies (:D) I'd say..

The table and chairs sound good...very crafty and dead MSE!
