Morning all
Crazychik - So sorry to hear about your cat
Moggins - HUGS to you, I have been following your treads lately and you seem to be getting stronger by the day.
Sorry I haven't posted for a while but things are getting on top of me and going from bad to worst it seems. A brief overview is that I can't seem to get my head down and get this studying done and I'm now beginning to panic completely about it and it is becoming counter productive.
Second major thing is DH had another huge blow out on the weekend and it ended with us saying that unless things start changing we can no longer be together. In all honesty I was OK about this at the time and I go from feelings of that's fine to that will be the end of the world.
There's loads of other things going on as well but don't want to bore you all silly.
Managed to get all the ironing done on the weekend so plans for today are a quick clean through and attempt to study
Hope everyone is OK, as always take or leave the :grouphug: as needed. You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -

Good Morning All
(((Crazychik)))
Moggins - keep strong. Anger can be useful at times.
Sunny here in Essex at the moment but am preparing for rain just in case. DD is at home today as beleive she has a water infection (she has kidney problems and water infections can lead to kidney infections) so she can be with us drinking loads and going toilet when she wants. Saying that though need to take one of our vans to garage for a recall, they can do it while we wait though.
Other plans are to try and get DD to hairdresser this afternoon/evening, she is really low at the moment and has low confidence so going to try and give her a mini makeover - hopefully that may perk her up a bit.
Need to do loads of ironing and kitchen floor needs washing again as covered in mud from puppy.
Had a friend come round to plan our kitchen, hopefully he will come back with a price tonight so we will know if we can afford it or not.
No idea whats for dinner tonight so might have a route around in the freezer.
Best get on now, have a great day.0 -
(((hugs))) to moggins, i know exactly how you are feeling i went through
exactly the same seven years ago with my ex
(((hugs))) to catowen i too have a cat and i too would be devastated if anything happened to him
hello to everyone else on here this is my first posting on this thread so please be gentle!!0 -
Hi everyone
((hugs)) to Moggins, have not really caught up with what is going on with you but hope you are OK. ((hugs)) also to tinkerbelluk, crazychik and anyone else who needs one.
Had a lovely weekend here, took the boys to a local farm on Saturday, they also have a big adventure playground and a fantastic farm shop. They loved seeing all the animals and stroking the babies etc, and we found that the farm shop sells milk from their cows for £1.25 for 4 pints - bargain! Also had a fantasic HM (by them, not me  ) flapjack which was more like fudge with oats in it - yum.
Discovered the timer on my oven yesterday, took the kids out swimming and got home hungry two hours later to find roast chicken, roasted veg and mash all waiting for usWhy have I never used it before?
Got a freecycler coming round for our kettle later, and another this evening for an almost-full bag of cat litter (bought it to de-odorise the nappy bin, but it didn't work!). Something with leftover chicken for lunch. Not sure what we'll do this morning but the sun is out

Morning all,
Lovely sunny day again, a bit cold, but a lovely morning. Hugs to everyone who needs them. Good luck TKP with the job interview, hope you get it (if you decide you want it).
De-cluttering again today, and having a go at making soup from the chicken carcass  NO idea what I'm doing, but my Mum used to make the most fabulous chicken soup - I'm sure she's up there somewhere having a laugh at my efforts.
Have a good day everyone,You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
