vehicle over 30cwt should be lit at night on a public road, police should act, if they won't, escalate the problem to senior officers stressing the danger...as its illegally parked unlit if they fail to take action and an accident is caused....well you know the rest, they won't want fingers pointed.

I drive trucks for a living and i wouldn't want the heap on my doorstep either, the alleged driver of this vehicle is yet again, as so many do, giving the public perceptions of us all being uncaring ignorant oafs.

I wouldn't do anything to the vehicle itself you don't know what retaliation may follow and may increase the belligerence of the alleged driver.

It would be nice if you could give the pilot of the truck the addresses of the mickey takers here, maybe they'd like a wrecker outside their homes semi permanently.
