Just had a box delivered by Dalani, I thought it was strange as I hadn't ordered anything recently.

Opened the box and inside is a paper cup with 20 darjeeling tea bags inside :T

    This is it

Apparently they've had logistical problems recently and this is an apology . Not sure if everyone will get one or because 1 of my items was broken on arrival which I was refunded full price :D

Loving Tesco Forever Thanks for your advice yesterday. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience like me yesterday.
I enjoy reading the thread but I think I'm going to keep away from Tesc0 for a while.
Celebrate Yes the tesco around here a quite bad.

Fudge_Cake - Just seen your other post. Sending hugs to you, it is freeky when you find someone with the same disease that is far worse or has died :(. I know with my OH, he has had chronic osteomyelitis in his ankle for more than 30 years, each time it has flared up he has been threatened with amputation and had met several who had the same problem that have had limbs amputated. First time it flared up he was extremely ill. Hopefully last time it flared up it was the right timing, they have only just developed the technology to really treat it within the last few years.

Busylizzie - I have just counted my "loyalty" cards, I think I have 12: Nectar; Clubcard; Superdrug; Subway; Reward ME (The Mall): Ikea Family Card; Iceland Bonus Card; Game (kept it just in case); BHS (5% off each purchase!); Debenhams Beauty Club; Advantage Card; and Waterstones. All shops I use, some less often than others, but can't see the point in not getting them! Which reminds me, must send off for the Toys R Us one, and does that Matalan one I just found count!

Haven't throw out any of my kids' stuff yet, mainly because I can't get to it! I do know I still have teeth (35mm film canister too, good size and don't accidentally come open!), still have their hospital wristbands, my antenatal care cards, probably their belly button stubs too (:eek:), can't get to these because they are in a drawer under our bed which is blockaded by a fitted unit! Had to compromise and thought just leave the stuff there as keeping it anyway!

Shame I don't get to visit a lot of those shops! Must get a Wickes one though, actually didn't know they did one! Holland & Barrett I don't actually use, but was very tempted, running out of room in my card wallet though1

Just got off the phone with Tesco Direct, the guy was sooo rude.
I got my points mailing and in it was a voucher for £10 off £40 spend on direct but it didnt work.
I called to see if they copuld help but he kept saying really rude things to me, one in particular was about my account being the wrong number.....he was referring to the fact that mr T merged my card with my husbands about a year ago.
No big problem and he kept on about the wrong number and not being my mailing!!!
It shows both our names and when I read it to him he got really nasty.
Now he has placed the order and says I will have to call again after an hour to get the refund, ever heard of this???

Hi, I had this when I bought a bread maker from direct, the code wouldn't work online so I called and the first SA said that I had to pay full price then call back and ask for the £10 refund. I didn't want to do that so said no and called back. Spoke to someone else who said no I can do that now it will charge full price but I will put the refund of the £10 straight through. When I got my statement the refund was not given, I called Direct and they then refunded it. Was long winded but got the £10 off in the end.
If it wasn't for blinds it'd be curtains for all of us:dance:
