I had a wire retainer after my brace was removed (only 6 front bottom teeth) and it kept coming off so I just had it removed and went for a plastic retainer to be worn at night. I got a couple of these at a penny each as well - why oh why am i the only one in my house who can use it without spilling milk everywhere:eek::eek:, i have had to end up chucking them as a few times i have had the fridge door full of milk, or a pint of milk all across the side rather than in a bowl or a cup, and when they start to spill it, why don't they just stop pouring - its not difficult, but for anyone in my house they must think its rocket science - rant over sorry:eek::eek::eek:
