    That's terrible

    I live 45 mins from Paultons - You are more than welcome to camp in my garden ( have students other summer otherwise would offer you a bed!)

    Ah that's very kind of you. Thank you but we don't live too far away. We just booked travel lodge because it was only £10 and thought it would be a bit of a break.

    Well dinner was ok but the sausage pie was quite bland so the chickens will be happy with their brekkie tomorrow ;):rotfl:Most of it was eaten though and for 10p I ain't complaining! :D Had it with sauteed pots with bacon and garlic and Branston beans and a crusty poppy seed roll warmed in the oven as there wasn't really enough potatoes :o

    From the amazing fruit and veg whoopsies I had the other day, I had some prepared fruit that was past it's best, much of which was pineapple. So I chopped it finely, caramelised it with butter, sugar and a little bit of golden syrup, folded it into a victoria sponge/fairy cake recipe and topped with a sprinle of golden syrup flavour oats so simple and ta da;

    Lighting's pants so appologies! :o

    While those were baking, I completely forgot about them and went to A's! :eek: Told you mind was like a sieve! :o Luckily they were on low heat and I was too late for whoopsies so I was home within 10 mins! :p

    thank you Fudge_Cake - 1 day down and 4 to go, the school did a really good job building her confidence all last week but she is one of lifes thinkers and can let doubt creep in - she knows that I am happy that she just does the best she can - I see you as a big part of the elite 11+ and look forward to reading your posts

    Awww that's great that her school are very supportive and confidence building. I had a fantastic school but I must admit to being a very deep thinker myself and was in such a state worrying that I'd do terribly :o Your daughter's very lucky to have a Mum like you, talking to her and supporting her, I'm sure that's all she wants; to make you proud :A

    Did anyone get the union jack suitcases that were on tesco direct at 7.50 - they are going in and out of stock at moment. Showed as in stock so I ordered two ( but did this three times as read that ordersvwerebgetting cancelled)

    Got three despatch emails........!

    :rotfl:Do you want all 3 DODO??! :rotfl:

    Yes I got one the first time round with the matching luggage tags/passport holder and document wallet, total being £10 :T

    It's bigger than I expected and has a good internal compartment and it's got 4 wheels! :T It's a bargain :T Which makes me feel really stupid for wishing it was just a tad prettier :o:o:o:rotfl::cool:

    Thanks again. My daughter is 2 and loves peppa pig. Hopefully O/H can get the doctor to sign him off for a week, :rotfl: Unfortunately this is how T's treat their staff. I will get even more pleasure from now on when I get one over on them, :rotfl::rotfl:

    think i'm ill with tescoitis

    i keep seeing love hearts on clip strips in Asda, my heart skips a beat then i feel sick and storm out the shop when i remember it's not a T's

    yesterday i saw 6 boxes full of malteser bunnies for 68p each in the co-op ................what a rip off :mad:

    may be worth keeping a sneaky peak at easter items in other shops, i did get lots of xmas tree decs in asda for 2p last yr however a whole 100% more tha T's were charging :rotfl:
