    Thank you for my welcomes!
I hop footed it to Superdrug to use my coupon and the dettol no touch was full price!! Very disappointed and though I would use my Loreal coupon while i was there, found an item in clearance for 2.99 so only paid 49p almost got proper grouted though as she didn't know if they took them then after checking and told it scanned ok so accept it she said oh it's taken a lot off and so your not paying much .... My heart was pounding ...then with a little persuading she let it go!!! Whoo hoo
2 stops at non local mr t's and guess what I found chocolate! Bags of Lindt eggs. Two trips througt the ss and away I went 10 bags taken away for 10p. Sooo chuffed I didn't clear out the rest of the shop I'm sure, so left it for a local mser.

Thank you for welcoming me and I hope I've not raided anyone's local!

Did you managed to go to Bstoke ?
This is my local, but became very clean lately, so I`m sockless, chocolateless, marmaladeless etc etc :D

Good Morning:wave: I had some really good news yesterday, but I cant tell you at the mo as it is top secret. If the press got hold of it it would be a logistical nightmare.
I have to go away next Friday abroad for a week. I promise as soon as i get back i will tell all. I am soooooo excited and dying to tell someone,I just cant.

Home at last, and I can now tell you all where I have been. Just spent a week in Turkey. 2 years ago I set up a FB page to free 2 dolphins that were in a pool smaller than a tennis court. It has been a long journey. On Thursday I was very privileged to see Tom and Misha swim to freedom, back to the blue.
    This is the back story.

currently doing comparisions for home insurance renewal as due 1st june. compare the market are suggesting that cost to rebuild my home is £187000, the market value is only £125000, i always thought cost to rebuild was lower than market value to sell. any ideas anyone?

I've a feeling it depends on the type of house you have. The land is a big part of the price of a proerty so for house insurance you'd just be paying to rebuild a house. If it's a detached house rebuild would be lower than asking price, maybe for a semi or town house/ terraced the fact that you're joined to another house makes it's more expensive. That's the only explanation I can come up with.

LOt's of place now simply do unlimted cover or £500,000 as another poster said. Realistically it's limited to rebuild your house though. If you've a one bed bungalow that unlimited cover won't build a 5 bed, 3 storey house. Good luck getting a good quote.
