No its with all the other marmalades

I found the 20p one in the Kosher section of my local it suddenly appeared there, a tiny symbol on the front label looks like a "K" needed to put my reading glasses on to see it. ;)

The same store had normal Mackays seville for £1.19, no guesses which one I got a few of. :D

Afternoon lovelies :hello:Is it safe to come out of hiding? :o:(

I'm having a really difficult time at the moment, lots of different things all steaming from my home life situation and I just didn't feel able to contribute for a bit. I nipped in and out a couple of times without signing in and when I saw 1p Easter chocs I knew it was time to join in again :p:o:D:rotfl:

So wanted to thank the OP that posted about 1p Haribo eggs (sorry I've forgotten :o) and everyone else that contributed.

Thank you so much to everyone for the support regarding the dentist!! :o I had my check last Friday and it was confirmed I would need a root canal filling :(:(:(:(But the 1st app available was 13th June! So I said please can I be put on the cancellation list as I was uncomfortable waiting that long as I knew the pain would flare up atleast once! Anyway on Tuesday morn I had a phonecall to say cancellation on Weds afternoon so I went for it. Was shaking and crying when I got in there, I really am petrified :( (It seems so silly to me after all I've been through medically but it's just that damn drill!) The dentist, bless her, was absolutely fantastic, she talked me through the whole thing and was very calm. The injection was very sore as she had to inject in the abscess! :( But after that I didn't feel anything because as she suspected the tooth was already dead. So I've got a temp filling and antibiotics, and I'm going back on 13th June (or before) for the permanent filling and to decide whether or not to have it crowned. I'm tempted to just have it crowned anyway but apparently there's a risk of the root filling not working if the infection doesn't clear up. In which case the tooth would need removing anyway!

I had the hospital yesterday so I decided to do the T's round trip, 70 miles this time  (although it would have been 35 just for the hospital so I'll not feel tooooo guilty:cool:) Hosp didn't go too well, my blood tests have been consistently poor for a couple of years and there's always been a question mark about changing meds/upping doses and my consultant feels it can't be left any longer because there's something wrong somewhere which could even be the start of kidney failure :( So I'm starting a new drug today which will replace one I've been on for 18 years! Fingers crossed there's no side effects. Bloods now every week for 2 months then it'll change to alternate weeks.

Left the house at 10am, got back at 11:30pm!!!!!!!! 19 T's!!!!!! That's a new record for me :p

The one thing I wanted more than anything was Malteaser bunnies and the Express I had high hopes for had 1p SELs from yesterday morning so someone went and bought all 4 big boxes :(:(:( In all 19 T's I didn't find 1!!!

    The last store I went in (superstore) at about 10:30pm and they were restacking shelves. There was a big crate in the aisle with an Easter plaque thing in it that I thought would be worth scanning but turns out it was £1! The SA stacking shelves saw me and asked if I wanted help :o so I said I was looking for Easter things for a children's party (neighbour's little girl) Well, she proceeded to remove a huge crate with old stock in and we had a rifle through and found snow bites (now £1.20) lindt xmas balls (now £1) and a bag of halloween chupa chupps (£1) !!! But no Easter things so she said bear with me, I'll go have a look. Comes back with 3 full boxes of Mint Lambs, 1 box of Haribo tang fast chicks (17 bags) and 4 single cadbury caramel bunnies (the 65p ones) :eek::TBut then an SA said hang on let me scan them, no they're 1p can't sell :(:(:(:( So I said I'd been to an Express and seen the 1p SELs so I knew they could. Lovely lady SA says I'll go speak to manager. 5 mins later comes out and sayscan't sell them to you at 1p, won't go through the till but as you asked nicely he's happy to waste them off and let you take them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek::j:j:j:j:j:jI was so grateful, I couldn't believe it! What a lovely manager!! :T In the end I have 159 items for 83p :D ;

    11 Creme Eggs #1600
23 Galaxy Bubbles Eggs (Creme Egg size) #1957
5 Cadbury Caramel bunny twinpacks #9515
10 Cadbury Caramel mini eggs bags #1488
2 Smartie shaker mini chicks #0862
    17 Haribo Tangfast-chicks 100g #4064
    1 Haribo Hearthrobs 100g #1346
    1 Haribo Eggstras 100g #4194
    1 Thorntons Devil (Valentines stock)
    83 Aero mint lambs #4604
    2 Veggie crisps
1 bag Cadbury minis (mini Creme, Caramel+Dairy Milk eggs) 250g #1617
    1 Haribo Springtime 225g #4262
1 white choc egg shaped lolly covered with 100's+1000's on one side (can't be more specific, I ate it and threw away the wrapper :o:o:o:p)

I'm sockless :( Even after 19 stores I'm blooming sockless

But in the end I came home crying :( On my way down through the woods, the car in front of me hit a baby fox. I couldn't just leave it so I went back to see if I could see it. I don't know what I was planning to do but I couldn't just leave it there :( Anyway I couldn't find it so I was just hoping it was ok :(:( Then I went to the final store and as I was coming out of town, driving only at 30mph but with some idiot boy racer up my bum, a hedgehog ran across the road. I swerved but not enough and I killed it :(:(:(:(:( I went back to check I hadn't just injured it but it was dead :( So I just burst out crying. It might sound sappy and stupid but I'm such an emotional wreck at the moment and I love animals. We have a hedgehog that frequents our garden and has done for a few years, they're such cute little creatures. I can't stop thinking about it even now :(

I hope everyone's well, I'm sorry there's really no hope that I'll ever catch up much as I love you all :p

Thank you so much to those who have left me messages (which I'll check now) and those on fb too :A

currently doing comparisions for home insurance renewal as due 1st june. compare the market are suggesting that cost to rebuild my home is £187000, the market value is only £125000, i always thought cost to rebuild was lower than market value to sell. any ideas anyone?

The policy we have is for £500,000. Apparently it makes no difference to the price below that. We use Sheltons (insurance brokers). And yes, it is a very good price taking into account we run a business and have to have business use at home (even though we have an office we still work at home too!).

Home at last, and I can now tell you all where I have been. Just spent a week in Turkey. 2 years ago I set up a FB page to free 2 dolphins that were in a pool smaller than a tennis court. It has been a long journey. On Thursday I was very privileged to see Tom and Misha swim to freedom, back to the blue.
    This is the back story.

Dont make me laugh, car boot is full too. So don't even have room to do one of those. :rotfl:

Only joking, though I did only empty it night before last which was why I had to make room for the olives etc last night. ;)

I don't think I could do a car boot and part with anything as I only go for glitches I have use for, the exception being the Boots vitamins and drinks but I got useful stuff with them. ;) I will have more room once I have passed on some bits to couple of my real life MSE friends. Those socks and tights do take up quite a lot of space.

We do have couple bits of new furniture for the girls room but it needs waxing before it is put together, that will make a huge difference. Weather and time has not been on our side lately. :(

And I did charity shop loads of clothes and get all the £1 stuff put away last month so I won't be beaten. I have managed to put all of DD1s toiletries away too so I think I am winning for now. But another glitch like OEP would probably totally unhinge me. :rotfl:

Forgot to say you have to make room for another HC box!!! Xxx
