Is it possible to purchase gifts for passengers on board?
Certain gifts, such as packages, dining out and spa gifts must be booked no later than 72 hours prior to departure as do any items required for embarkation day. Other gifts may take up to 72 hours for delivery once ordered. Please contact our Reservations Centre on 0843 374 0111 to order any items. Gifts must be paid for via credit card at time of order.
Please see our gift guide
Please note, P&O Cruises 'Private Label' Champagne, is a sparkling wine.
i take it that yes you could order champaign. you may have left it a bit late but ring them anyway, company will sort something out i'm sure.Which company are they cruising with?
I have arranged for flowers for my mum to be in our cabin when we got on board, and the company we sailed with also arranged flowers, champagne etc on a set date if you wanted. However it's better to arrange it a week or two ahead of time, not sure if it would be too late to arrange now.
Thanks guys,
I knew I was leaving it a bit late but had emailed them before the ship sailed - with no reply - I only emailed 'cause I couldn't find a number.
Another check on their website & I have a number - but they say it will take 3 days to contact the ship, so its too late - must be more organised.
Anyway they are on their way here so will book something great to do when Mam is here - saw a great deal on groupon - High tea with cocktails - off to book that nowI say "THANKS" to posts that make me smile - Oh and really good glitches.:j

Morning All ,
Snap Ant ill in bed .zippydooda wrote: »i never ever bid until the last 6 seconds. this gives any other bidder no time to think about raising their bid.
apart from the snipe programmes that put in bids with 2 seconds to go .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -
Can I join you please not new to mse but new to this thread. Saw it kept popping up on the board so was curious and had a quick read. I love glitches and was lucky enough to be around when it was easy to stock up on free health and beauty stuff and gain loads of cc points by using vouchers supplied by tescos. Happy days now I stck to whoopsies and anything else that comes along. By the way worth keeping an eye on the Disney DVDs some Bogof stickers are reappearing or did in two stores near me today.
Welcome Ella ,the Disney stickers sound interesting , i like a good repeat .
We had limited titles in our store but picked up 2 on a BOGOF and the offer had just ended and we were overcharged ...drat .

sorryaboutmywife wrote: »Maybe try using a sniper app(like Lutzi said)? You tell it what you want to bid on, and your maximum bid, then forget about it. It puts the bid in at the last moment so you generally win the item. If someone outbids you in the early days it lets you know.

There are a few you can try, I use Goofbay, it's free. So people may say it's not in the spirit of ebay, but neither is getting ripped off, non-payers etc. And if you can't beat them, join them!redfraggle wrote: »I always use an auction sniper so I'm the one bidding in the last few seconds. Costs a few pence (i think its 5c a time) as its an American site but worth it when theres something i want and i dont want to forget bidding. i use auctionsniper.com for what its worthgreenfinger22 wrote: »Have you ever tried goofbay, you can set it up to put your bid in with 2 seconds to go, it's also good as no one else knows you are bidding, just put your final bid in. Hope this may help in future:)
I'm not sure if this is still relevant or not as some of the US snipe programme companies had a security breach a while back .
When I looked into the possibility of using a snipe programme 2 years or so back (i bid a lot on US item and getting up at 4am was a killer etc ) they wanted me to divulge my e-Bay password , I know this might be needed to set my bids but I didn't like the thought of giving up a password .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -

If you have it and move in ask the council if they have places you can get furniture. There are places here where you donate furniture and they recycle it to people like you. I know people who have got nearly new furniture free.
Good advice Tweets regarding furniture ,there are quite a few organisations around the country that provde good quality stuff for a donation or free .
We picked up a nice Laura Ashley Sofa bed for a few shillings .I was young once , now I get older all the time .0 -

I waited until the last 30 seconds (thats good for me!) and bid £70 more than the current bid!! Oh well I will have to be braver and hold out a bit longer next time.
Right must go to bed now and I will re-start my obsessive hunt for another pushchair tomorrow
Night all
Have you tried ebay sniper?:D
https://www.goofbay.com/free_ebay_sniper.html
you put the in the item number, how much you want to bid and how close to the end you want to bid!
you can bid with 2 seconds to go and it will automatically bid at this time for you, sit back and win hopefully!

I treated myself a little earlier than you did - it's been 2.5 weeks for me and today my Amazon Kindle Touch arrived! :j
A quick question for all those who quit.... when did your taste start to change? The last few days things have been tasting strange to me and I wondered if my taste might be starting to return or is that too soon?
My tastes buds have changed massively over the last 6 months. I eat things now I would never have eaten before. I used to be able to drink any coffee but now I've become a right fusspot and will only drink T's decaff (The more expensive one but it was glitching at £1.50 a while back;))west_is_best wrote: »QPR..... Im so sorry to hear of your great loss.... My heart goes out to you...
It was lovely to speak to a fellow MSE'r today... You know who you are..
Tricia.... I hope this is the one for you love..
Hugs to everyone that needs them...
Im in the kitchen preparing food for DD's party tomorrow night, managed to pick up loads of salad stuff in T's today and used 3 x DM coupons which was a good saving for the amount I bought.
Im contemplating opening a bottle of wine as a stress reliever, but Im afraid I'll get nothing done if I do!!!!!!! lmao
Can anyone tell me, if I cut up the cucumber tonight and put it in a dish and cover with cling film, will it be ok tomorrow night?? It wont get dry, will it???
Hope you have a fantastic time tonight:T:T:TSure you'll get lots of comments on your beautiful cake:)
Morning everyone:) Shall be picking up Nannylala soon(She doesnt know yet;)) once I have worked out how to "properly" use a helping hands voucher and taking her on a nice round trip of large stores;)Just sorting through my voucher stash now.Thinking I might stash up on loo rolls, you can never have too many.
Had a lovely date night with DH, went for dinner then obviously needed a few sweeties for the film and no way was I letting him pay £3 a bag, so nipped into the local T's and got 3 bags for £2:TAnyway today he's off to footie and I made a comment in the week that he seems to have been going quite a lot lately and he felt a bit guilty so has just filled my car to the brim with petrol for me, hence the road trip with Nannylala today;);):rotfl:Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0
