Strange you say about things tasting bland... we had spag bol tonight and it tasted very watery to me but it's no different to how we usually make it. And the homemade garlic bread with near enough half a tub of garlic powder in the recipe.... I couldn't taste the garlic
Ah well, hopefully things will change... at least I don't smell like a fag hag (as my ex used to fondly call me!) :rotfl:

yes, things taste odd, tea started to taste sweet without any sugar in, now I have to take it really strong to enjoy it...:cool:

Evening all

Sorry to go on but I'm so excited!!

Just got offered a council place this morning for a 2 bedroom flat which i get to view on wednesday and move into on the 14th I'm so happy just need to find out if the area its in is nice or not before i definitely take it but other than that I'm finally out of this horrid flat, and my son will finally have his own room yippeeeeeee!!!!! Thought this day would never happen, certainly wasnt expecting it now as I ame 3rd on the flat. Just hope the people in front of me didnt decline it because something is wrong with it.
Going to be weird living in Langn3y as none of my friends/family live in that particular area but only a bus ride away i suppose.
Dont own a fridge though or any sofas so going to be sitting on boxes lol. My own flat I can decorate how ever i want and paint my sons room the way a boys room should be rather than everywhere just being white. God i'm so happy I'm of to look at paint colours

Im in the kitchen preparing food for DD's party tomorrow night, managed to pick up loads of salad stuff in T's today and used 3 x DM coupons which was a good saving for the amount I bought.
Im contemplating opening a bottle of wine as a stress reliever, but Im afraid I'll get nothing done if I do!!!!!!! lmao
Can anyone tell me, if I cut up the cucumber tonight and put it in a dish and cover with cling film, will it be ok tomorrow night?? It wont get dry, will it???
