The Places I've Been
I have been in many places, but I've never been in Cahoots. Apparently, you can't go alone.
You have to be in Cahoots with someone. I've also never been in Cognito. I hear no one recognizes you there.
I have, however, been in Sane. They don't have an airport; you have to be driven there. I have made several trips there, thanks to my friends, my family,my work AND TESCO. I live that close, so it's a short drive for me.
I would like to go to Conclusions, but you have to jump, and I'm not too much on physical activity anymore.
I have also been in Doubt. That is a sad place to go, and I try not to visit there too often.
I've been in Flexible, but only when it was very important to stand firm.
Sometimes I'm in Capable, and I go there more often as I get older.
One of my favorite places to be is in Suspense! It really gets the adrenalin flowing and pumps up the old heart! At my age I need all the stimuli I can get!
And, sometimes I think I am in Vincible but life shows me I am not.
People keep telling me I'm in Denial but I'm positive I've never been there before!
I have been in Deep sh111t many times; the older I get, the easier it is to get there. I actually kind of enjoy it there.
So far, I haven't been in Continent; but my travel agent says I'll be going soon.0 -
[QUOTE=minniemoneypenny;52922593
:rotfl:I've never 'complained' before (except a couple of years ago when I found the wraps I had bought for a valentines dinner were mouldy and I was upset that dinner didn't go to plan) but I thought they were so saltly and unpleasant - not worth the calories IMO!! They sent me 2 x £1 vouchers as an apology so I'm glad I bothered to write
......perhaps I should do it more often
![/QUOTE]
Afternoon/evening - I've been lurking and catching up, no time to post until now. Thanks to everyone who posted for free samples etc today, I've submitted for most of them. As with you minniemoneypenny, I never used to complain but it all started with the shoddy products or service in T and now I cant seem to stop!!!! Within reason of course but whereas before I'd be annoyed for a bit, I fire off an email/letter. I'm going to send one to Waitrose later. I know it's stupid but I got an online food shop delivered last week - both of the 4 packs of yogurts have spurted out when I've "broke" up the 4 pack. Thought it was me being a doofus the first time but it happened again earlier.. a black cherry yogurt right down the middle of my white shirt in a 4 inch line above my belly button - I look like I'm leaking  (I'm limited enough on clothes being between maternity sizes). So an email is being sent for them to sort out their lids and packaging ha ha.
Sorry for ranting :rotfl:Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
My sympathies are with you and your family QPR (((Hugs)))Handle every stressful situation like a dog.

Yea all have the wrong mindset to this when yea be using words like "shopping" and "bargain".....
Yea should take a tip from the Cap'n and look at each voyage as PLUNDERING and RIGHTFUL TREASURE.
Mr T. has many Treasure Islands scattered across the four oceans and each of them would slap you in irons and extract yon teeth if it suited them. Keep this in mind when yea be out hunting and keep in mind a loaded musket outsmarts a running whelp.....
Anchors away.....
i was in Ts earlier this week and got some orange juice, at full price, and just wanted to swap them for smooth ones and the ones which i had grabbed had bits in them. i wouldn't call that plundering. SA was peeved off about me wanting to change them.
yeah, her attitude did make my blood boil, and yeah maybe if my mindset was correct set to expect this sort of service i wouldn't be upset.0 -
