Second job payday - £85 to Logburner pot.
Gym visits on Monday & Wednesday - 2/8
No further progress on sideboard clearing although did find some old photos in bureau, sorted and put into photo album.
Have bought a USB memory stick to download all photos etc off an old computer that sits in a cupboard so I can de-clutter that as well.
Am also aiming to print some photos off as DD2 needed a baby photo for school yesterday & I couldn't find one - plenty of her older sister but none of her! How bad a mother did I feel. To make me feel worse big sister even said to take one of her as they looked the same when they were little!!

OPd £10 from Pan£1bas£ today. Seems ages since I made an OP.
Skived off the gym last night as neither my friend nor I wanted to drive in the snow.:(
Managed to finish watching The Paradise - funny ending though - is another series on it's way?
Was 'good' all day on diet then fell off with a bump by eating 2 (yes 2!!) custard tarts.:(
Another unexpected expense (taken from budget for lounge renovations) We have window fitters in today to replace window in DD2s bedroom. When we moved her bed over New Year we discovered a large damp patch. It seems the window sill does not extend far enough to take water away from the wall and it has been seeping in. As the window was already cracked at the top we have decided to replace it - £430:(, but hopefully the end of problems in her room. Will also need painting under the window again as well.Re-mortgaged 20/04/12 MTiT-T3 No.7Start balance £89611.10 + £22500 = £112111.10/Current balance £85436.53

Every little helps.

Online shopping done - should be £7.50 transfer to Holiday clothes pot.
DH can't really understand how I get such satisfaction out of saving for things this way - I have always liked saving for things - I feel I enjoy them more when I get them, and a sense of achievement of meeting goals. He just lets me get on with it!!

Have decided to set myself several things to be achieved in Jan - just minor things.
a) - 8 visits to Gym - Only 2 achieved so far due to weather
b) - lose 3lb - absolutely zilch lost so far
c) - watch all 7 episodes of The Paradise which are taking up room on sky+ - managed to sit on sofa & do this though
d) get to Warwick Castle to buy Merlin Passes while they are on sale - was given £200 bonus from 2nd job, and have some £100 left from cash MIL gave us before Xmas. We then need to make sure we use them every month. - hopefully this weekend
e) - get quote for en-suite - easier said than done as no-one gets back to me! - done - £3300:eek:
Had a spendy weekend - £120 on coronationfestival tickets at Buckingham Palace - will be paid for from 2nd job money for 2 weeks.
And £240 for a new bed for DD2 - a midi high sleeper with more storage underneath so we can get make more room in her bedroom. Have put old bed, drawers & desk on £bay so hopefully will sell and go towards this cost.Re-mortgaged 20/04/12 MTiT-T3 No.7Start balance £89611.10 + £22500 = £112111.10/Current balance £85436.53
