Been a horrible day for one reason or another.. But hey ho nearly over now.. Childcare costs look like they are going to be a lot more than we thought. Will look to get childcare vouchers though. Are they worth the hassle from a money point of view??

Well pay day comes and goes. I shift money about the bank accounts and a bit more debt will soon be gone!! Hub considering jacking in his job and getting one in evenings so childcare is covered.. Would save massively in petrol and childcare so not really worse off I don't think but need to sit down with the figures and have a proper look

Wow you have done so well and I also love the title.

Childcare vouchers will be worth looking into not sure how it works but I know a few people who use them in my workplace, I think you save on tax.

Thanks guys, glad you like the title. Well today's money savings were down to changing an account we have for website providers saving us £5 a month.

At the risk of sounding like tesco.. Every little helps...

Quick update from me, my work situation has turned horrendous, so I'm rapidly looking for alternatives. But impossible to find something paying what we need that meets our childcare needs, so I'm looking at working nights. Few hours of searching last night, turned up a possible, so I'm off for an interview on Thursday with them.. But if I got it, it will leave us short every month.. Lay awake worrying last night about everything x
