Hi, I've just come back from Butlins Skegness. We booked it through the Daily Mail offer at the beginning of the year and didn't upgrade. Basically the apartment was the same as a silver one, the only difference being there was no microwave or iron. You can hire both onsite for less than the cost of the upgrade. However, if you do prefer to upgrade, you can contact Butlins direct - but you can ONLY upgrade to silver. If you wish to go for Gold accommodation, they will charge you the full brochure price for it - that's what they told me when I asked. HTH

I have had exactly the same problem as you, in fact I had it the last time I tried to book a sun holiday, It must be the settings on my computer, used google chrome, ie but still not working, Used my partners laptop, it worked straight away, if not try your mobile, good luck x

same dates i think, to be honest did not use it last year as we had already booked pakefield:mad:, but used it the year before as we had not managed to book a summer holiday and got a luxury plus caravan at devon cliffs, both the caravan and site was lovely

Thank you for the advice! Probably won't bother upgrading then ... Just that reviews and pics of standard accomodation looks poor x
