what dont work exactly, the online booking system always works, i have used it every year, if you mean the code you bought of ebay i presume, there could be a number of reasons, the code may have already been used by the person who sold you it:eek:, the person selling the code could have sold it to more than 1 person, and 1 of the other people could have got in before you and used the code:eek::eek:, or even the person who sold you the code may not have sold you a code i.e made up a random 10 number code and told you that was the code:eek::eek::eek:

I'm wondering if anyone can help me figure out what im doing wrong on the site?

ive entered the code and the words and my email but when it changes screen its just taking me straight back to the same page???

please help if you can and explain what im doing wrong - Im gonna lose the holiday at this rate

when you say takes you back to the same screen, do you mean the same screen with all the details still filled in, if so at the top of it, it should give you a prompt as to why it wont proceed, normally it will say either enter 8 vlid code words(which means one of the code words you have entered is wrong), or it will say something like enter correct reference number(which means you have entered the wrong sun reference number), if it is the latter where did you get the code from?, is it direct from the sun through the post, from the sun through email, a friend give you it, you buy it?

Thank you for your reply. There is no prompt it is just taking me back to the main screen with "book now" in red button. then when i press that its taking me to the screen with the code boxes etc and then when i have entered them and press book now again its back to the other screen

the code im using was sent to me as a previous customer via email.

I would have to disagree to some extent as last year I booked for the last time in the paper and was flexible with dates and parks and managed to book two lovely breaks away. But everyone has to start somewhere don't they, this year I was able to be more specific and book the park and date I wanted. Isn't everything corrupt anyway in today's society!
The holiday I booked today on The Sun was available through Breakfreeholidays for exactly the same price, but cause I have used The Sun before I booked again with them. But might think about booking through Breakfreeholidays to give me more choice next year.

if you need term time holiday then you stand a good chance of getting one ,evenwith a postal application.

Put down as many dates and parks as possible to increase your chances ...

Sorry if I got the name wrong of the person who cracked the code, I have read that it was sandsifter, thank you to whoever it was - see you next year no doubt on here :-)
