Not had mine yet, hope it arrives soon though as we're waiting on a potential payment of over a grand that we desperately need to clear bills with.0

I haven't got mine yet but mine always does seem to arrive quite late.
I've never had it in April in all the years I've been claiming.0 -
Got mine yesterday, and today a letter telling me they wanted proof of my childcare costs from last year before they can deal with my claim.. joy!0

Does anyone know when your renewal pack does come through and you confirm your details over the phone, how long does it usually take to pay any potential payments that are due?
Thanks everyone who has replied

From personal experience , I have been owed a "potential payment" the past 2 years.
Last year I renewed by post and received my payment in 11/12 days.
The previous year I renewed by phone and received my payment in 7 days. The loopy one has gone :j0 -

They send out the renewal packs for those on benefits first and then send out everyone elses. According to the helpline it is a completely random selection and all will be sent out by 30 June. If you haven't got it by then you can phone and they will send it out.
Apparently they come out in either a white or brown envelope. Does anyone know what the difference with that is?Intellectuals solve problems, geniuses prevent them ~ Albert Einstein0 -

Me too but what is odd is that I renewed over the phone yesterday and they never mentioned it!! Oh well just need to print out my invoices and send off.
My only problem is that my normal holiday provider decided not to open in oct half term and at Xmas, so I sent them to the term time provider instead but, as the cost was the same, did not tell tax credits do you think that matters?0 -
I've found the opposite to be true for me. All the years I was receiving WTC and CTC I received mine pretty much straight away. For the last 2 years I've been in receipt of Income Support I've received my renewal pack nearer the end. I think it's completely random.Four_leaf_clover wrote: »They send out the renewal packs for those on benefits first and then send out everyone elses.0 -
