I'm glad you asked as I was wondering same. I haven't had mine yet either. When do we usually get them? I think I'm being overpaid at the minute as they are suddenly paying me more than last year.

I don't know it can vary anytime from April to the end of June.

Last year I got mine at the begining of May, the year before middle of June, the year before that the middle of April so I have no idea when i will get mine this year lol.

I.e Alphabetically, number of children, working hours, area you live in etc or is it just random

I got mine 18th April. Have not called yet was going to ring them once ive had my P60 which will be beginning of May as our accountant is on holiday. ALthough my last wage slip has it on i want to be 100% sure

rang thourgh with mine end of april 2011 last year. Really keeping my fingers crossed to receive it by next week.

Does anyone know when your renewal pack does come through and you confirm your details over the phone, how long does it usually take to pay any potential payments that are due?
