Trev, how did you manage to get the sky+ as well as the 1/2 price deal ?

I bought a used skyplus box off of fleabay.I then activated my "new" card when it arrived yesterday. As i now have the full package (at 1/2 price) skyplus is included in this package.
    Onwards and Upwards ;)

what happens when you activate the card?.If anyone knows! This is for any peeps who gave their phone number with an incorrect digit.only the first thing they ask you is your tel number not the new acct number. So if you give your real number when you activate your pending cancelation will come up.But if you give the phoney number you gave with one digit out you will come up straight away, but they would need the real number put on your new acct to activate the sky + To get back to the subject.Or do you give the incorrect number you gave when you signed up for this offer. Will it mean the sky + box wont work then wont configure.

Just give the phone number you used to sign up to get up your account details then tell them you don't need to plug the box into a phone line becuae you already own the equipment if they say you have to plug it in just say you don't have a phone extension, they can activate your card and Sky + without it being plugged into the phone line

No problem at all, putting a smile on someones face gives me far more satisfaction than rooting out dishonest honesty :rotfl:

Well obviously not that bloody honest, on another thread you seem to be still wanting a piece of the action even though you know you DON'T QUALIFY because you've still got a Sky contract !

    for the record

Maybe you want someone else to do it for you, it obviously won't count as dishonesty on your part then, by the way, how many times have you phoned Sky asking for the offer ???????

You're not helping yourself on here by ostracising fellow MSE'rs and when you describe telephoning Sky to complain then you are going to end up with James Murdoch as your only mate :shhh:

Listen if you are going to quote of other threads dont be so selective!!
