Sounds like its his availability than anything. As Japmis says you could do immediately over the phone rather than waiting.
You'll want to get going as soon as you can because it could be a long few weeks waiting for the decision, just look at past posts on this thread!0 -
yeh that sounds like a plan, this sint with a broker though, this is with nationwide directsaving for more holidays0

I only applied with Nationwide directly over the phone, but you may be able to give them a ring, quote the DIP reference you did with the advisor and continue the application with them on the phone.0

cool, im hoping the fact its a save to buy wont make any difference. will give that a try this afternoonsaving for more holidays0

I could cry!
Do you know at what point they could do the audit?
We are exchanging and completing the same day too.
I think it will be fine and you have mitigated the risk by exchange and completion on the same day...it would be worse if there was a gap, you exchanged, they did an audit and pulled your mortgage offer, and you end up being sued and lose deposit etc.....
just pray now for the next couple of days...0 -
Received my paper copy of the offer today! Hoping to be in within the next 6 weeks...fingers crossed!Slimming World Member - Started 05/02/150
