MiT I would be 'well jel' as they say
.
So, last night DH sensed my disapproval and turned the xbox off. We decided to definitely stay in so I changed into my pjs and started cooking tea - then we got a phonecall to say I had forgotten to pack DS2's nighttime pants . He is usually dry through the night but he still has the odd accident and DS1 had made such a big deal out of it (they stay in the same bed at Mum's), that they were both refusing to go to bed without DS2 wearing the pants. So I switched the tea off, got ready again and we drove over there at 8.15pm. I also took a spare pair to leave there incase I forget again. Chances are he won't be wearing them by then though! Our night off therefore didn't start until 9pm and we went to bed at 10.30pm!!!
However, on the positive I slept right through the night until 8am! I feel like a new person! It's obviously just sleep that I need not the lie-ins I've been craving!
We went to the gym this morning before we collected the boys. Our monthly fee (£15) was due on the 22nd but we haven't been since then so I expected to pay today (it's good in that we would get the whole month until 30th Jan before we pay again as it isn't backdated at all). However, the girl on the desk said DH had accumulated enough points to get us in free today (didn't even know we got points!) and our next visit will be free too. This means we won't have to pay until our 3rd visit and will then get a month's use from then. All good stuff.
This afternoon we are just pottering in the house and then the boys and DH are at MiL's for tea while I get weighed . XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Ditto, my dog was not as kind though - 5.45am on the dot he would start to whine and come and sit outside the bedroom door. He stopped whining as he got older but you could then hear him outside the door or sometimes jumping up against the door when he heard you move but no-one coming to speak to him.
He tried moving our ritual forward to 5.30am and I decided that 5.45am was as early as I would go, so I ignored him until 5.45am so he got the hint after about a week. 5.45am get up, 15 min to get ready and wake up then we would be out door by 6am to go and meet his friends (and other crazy dog walkers) at the park.
I never needed an alarm clock!
Points for going to the gym?!?! What gym is this? RESULT!!! :money:0 -

Happy New Year Mrs H and all my awesome MSE friends. I don't know where I'd be without you all! Here's hoping 2014 is good to us all.
We all went swimming today (for £1.80 :j I get excited about that every time without fail lol), then home for lunch etc. Hectic trip to a manic Mr T's this afternoon saw me spend £98 AFTER lots of coupons and discounts  but we are well stocked again. This also included £8 for fillet steak as a treat for the 3 boys. We aren't going out anywhere tonight so we've all enjoyed a nice meal together to celebrate the back of 2013. I had qu0rn sausages instead with all the veg :rotfl:.
We watched How to train your dragon before tea and we are now watching Despicable Me 2. Can't think of a better was to spend New Year's Eve than with my little family. 2013 has had some major downs with DH's seizures worsening and losing the twins etc, but I'm mighty thankful for my lot. Hope everyone has a good night whatever you are doing XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
