Hope you enjoy the panto! What are these things called lie ins you're talking about?I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

I think they are an urban myth SA!!!
Panto was really good. It was Peter Pan so boyish enough for the lads to enjoy, and plenty of jokes so DH and I loved it too. The guy who played Joe Mangle in neighbours was Captain Hook and there were loads of references to that which went over the kids heads but tickled me. DH hadn't computed it was him though so he was a bit bemused until I explained bless him. Took snacks from home and bought 2 bottles of pop from P0undl@nd before we went, so apart from the 2 light up swords/spinny things that cost me £11 , it was a really cheap family outing.

Lie-ins are a parent's reward when their youngest child leaves home.
..Sounds like a great day, Lucky (perfect if the light-up spinny-sword things are not equipped with sound! :rotfl:).0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Got a while to wait then!! Actually, Mum has offered to have the boys sleep over tonight so I might actually get one tomorrow!!! That said, DH wants to take the opportunity to go to the gym .

Heh heh, no sound!! Wouldn't have bought them if they were noisy toys lol.
Today has been quiet so far. Went to Mr T's for a few little bits and pieces and for DH to get weighed. He's gained 4lbs in 2 weeks so it doesn't look promising for my weigh in tomorrow. I gain weight much easier than him and I've had 4 days off the diet over Christmas. Been good yesterday and today though.
Taking boys to my Mum's shortly and have been toying with the idea of going out somewhere tonight just the 2 of us, but not sure we want to. Think we are becoming hermits! Whinge that we can't go out and then don't when we can!! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
