Hi lucky
Sorry to hear your grandma's not too good. Hopefully she'll pick up soon. Good to hear no abnormalities with twins but did they not offer any reason why you've miscarried 3 times? Surely some explanation other than bad luck? Weight wise staying the same is frustrating but better than gaining. When I did WW if you kept staying the same the leader told you to eat more to rev up metabolism. If your body thinks it's being starved it stores fat. Or you could try and up your exercise levels to see if that works.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Sorry to hear about your grandma.
Sometimes there is just a poor set of luck with miscarriages, never having been there I cannot truly understand but can imagine that it is very traumatic and emotional. Maybe just go easy on yourself, as trite as that sounds, let your body rest and don't spend too long looking for answers that you may not find. Sending you a dodgy hug :grouphug:
Yes, a gain would be worse! Hear you ever thought about mixing up how you eat during the week? I mean having a day off from the diet, a couple of strict days with lots of superfree food and only a few syns and then the remaining days normal. My friend did this after noticing that everyone seem to lose best after having a blowout day, but I've since seen a similar approach on a WW forum where everyone said they lost really well dividing their weeks points up in this way. Theories for why it works range from the metabolism not going into starvation mode and general motivation from having a day where you can just do what you want so don't feel deprived. Sort of a less extreme version of the 5/2 diet. I'm giving it a go as I have a few [STRIKE]stone[/STRIKE] pounds to lose.

Thanks for your comments (yours too SA). Re the diet, I do eat big portions but it's all good healthy stuff. SW plan always works for me, just not the last 2 weeks. I certainly wouldn't imagine my body thinks it's being starved, but I haven't had anything fatty or 'naughty' and I've been hitting the gym so I should have lost weight. I've picked up my iron tablets today so hopefully that will help too.
Re the mc, no SA, apart from the slight possibility of the immune system disorder that they have checked my bloods for, there really is no other explanation they can give me.
Nice quiet day today and a NSD :j. First time I've achieved 6 in a month before! DH and I went to the gym this morning and then the furthest we've been this afternoon is to collect my medication. DS1 has been out to a Cub competition tonight and has just got home. Peace shattered!! The boys are now on half term holidays.

Well we've had heavy rain, thunder and lightening here today. Perfect weather for the first day of half term, NOT! There was nothing else for it than to get even wetter, so we went swimming
Can't complain at £1.90 for the four of us though :j.
Got the LTSB statement today and we only owe them £77.02! Can't wait to get that paid off and be rid for good. It's free listing on eb@y this weekend so I'm going to try to raise funds that way and get rid asap.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Swimming can be expensive here too DF(W) but DH got in free as part of his monthly (reduced fee) membership, I was free as his carer, DS2 was free as under 5 and that just left £1.90 for DS1 (reduced fee as we have a low income kids card for him).
Not been far today, just work tonight. MiL got back from hols last night so she watched the boys and DH for me. Not a NSD though as I did some shopping after work.
We are at a Christening tomorrowXx
