Thanks for the update. I've been thinking of you today.
DH is probably very tired too so maybe an early night will do you both good.
I hope you get through the night okay, in fact better than last night. And that this wasn't anything to do with a siezure. Sorry I gave it the wrong name earlier. My brain wasn't functioning too well, brain fog :D

Sending you huge hugs e Lucky. Sorry you hav been feeling so low of late.

I am pleased though that things settled down with DH a little yesterday it must be so difficult for you both. I'm hoping that you managed a really nice sleep and feel much brighter today.

Oh and loved the Trampoline story, DS sounds a little cutie xx

  • Hi all, thanks for the lovely messages .

DH is back on planet earth today :T and last night went without a hitch :j. Pooh don't worry, fit/seizure, it's all the same and I swap between what I call them too. Thankfully though we've avoided one this time.

Brizzle, I'm looking forward to the arrival of my fitflops but in true s0ds law style it's rained every day since I ordered them :rotfl:. Thank you for the compliment on my tenacity, I think DWP would call it bl00dyminded awkwardness though :p. I'm usually quite calm and laidback, but if 'you' owe me money or you hurt my family I become like the Liam Neeson character in Taken "I WILL hunt you down, I Will find you and I WILL kill you":rotfl:.

PG Thank you for the hugs! I slept well and life seems a little brighter today (ignoring the fact that I'm at work later :p).

    Hi P

Glad to hear hubby is back to normal. I agree with skintbutoptimistic he is very lucky to have such a devoted wife. Hope he'd do the same for you if the boot was on the other foot. Am taking inspiration from you for my journey. Glad you're feeling abut more upbeat today. Take care!
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Aw SBO and SA what lovely things to say :o. I don't feel inspirational but it's nice to hear! SA, he better do the same for me in a (fingers crossed hypothetical!!!) reversed situation, but he probably wouldn't have a clue where to start! And I'm talking about him pre accident here also :rotfl:.

DFW I wish that's what happened with fitflops :rotfl:. They are supposed to tone you as you walk, but the reason I'm getting them is for the Plantar Fasciitis I have in my feet. 'Normal' shoes leave me unable to walk properly :(.
