    did any one get an apology email from tns today ?

    after being promised a phone call from someone allowed to talk a week ago I received an email from a named person listed as head of the mystery shopping, apologising for the delay in contacting me and the " isolated incident" with a vague detail of what has been done to prevent again

    Yes I received this email as well! I presumed it was complaints from people from here, as well as maybe some others, that provoked the email. Hopefully the "new advanced email system" will actually work! I would prefer my personal details not to be exposed to others, even if these recipients, like me, are likely to just blank the information, thanks all the same!

    I got the TNS email and had not contacted them so think it has been sent to everyone

    Oh, lucky me. I got the same thing. So they copy and pasted the entire lot then?

    Makes sense when she said it was an isolated incident and my reply included asking if she had not received the SEVEN emails I sent where this error had occured.
    I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

  • I received the TNS email too and I hadn't complained about it to them (thought there was no point, they've done it loads of times - and despite what they've said in the email - it will happen again!)

    They're taking the piddle when they say 'isolated'!

    Well I feel left out! I didn't get one. I didn't complain though - meant to but didn't get round to it. The children are wearing out this school holiday!
