Id think it more important to feedback that the till staff are not scanning all items than submit a "correct" receipt the next day... ?
Id contact the ms company and ask, before submitting report to see what they say
are the BARE regional ?
Ive not seen any for the midlands or some one super snapped them up0 -
Those fees are crazy good! I thought it was a typo at first! Now I just need to read the 17 pages to find out what I've signed myself up for…
Haha, I thought the same!
How do you take photos surreptitiously when you don't have a smartphone?
I'm hoping the staff will be too busy to notice me snapping away......0 -

But why? You've not done anything wrong - the staff have and that's exactly what you're there to report on.0 -

Buy something like this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Discountedtoyou-Branded-Keychain-Keyring-Instructions/dp/B004PFLLQS/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1341585750&sr=1-4
Looks like a car key remote.
So far, the only photos I had to take were outside the place of the assignment - take a few more just in case any of them are blurry.0 -

yeh but I felt kind of like a criminal knowing I had a free item without paying for it and didn't want Abai to sack meThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

They would surely be more likely to sack you for not reporting what actually happened. Would you keep going back to a burger place till they got the timing right? Or keep going back to a chemist till they sold you the right product? We are given a scenario and report back, accurately, exactly what happened.
If the MOS is making errors you should be letting them know.0 -

I agree but is it not also the shoppers mistake if they fail to notice they have not been charged for an item? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

as long as you had no intent to conceal and not pay for an item at the till and the staff member made a mistake
it could not be counted as legally wrong to walk out with it
morally perhaps
but it usually makes up for all the times shops overcharge/doublecharge people!0
