Just finishing up an ABAI petrol shop, I've just checked the receipt and I've not been charged for one of my bulky items. Not sure what to do here.

Just mention it in the comments, shouldn't be a problem, ABA are good people :)

    afternoon all :-)

Has anybody here done the TERN hot beverages visit before? if so, is it quite an easy one?

I would look on the client's website as it goes some way to explaining the various terms they use with regards to the varieties of drinks. Once you've done one they are pretty straightforward. In the ones I've done the staff have been well trained and covered most of the points in the questionnaire.

Are we talking RA pharmacy visits? How many boxes have you got? I have about 12 now. Do I just bin them or something? I'm not addicted to painkillers, it's crisps and pizza.

Don't bin them. If you can't palm them off on family and friends take them to a chemist / health centre as they have proper disposal facilities.:)

Other than that, I'm not sure what to suggest.

Hmm. My payments arrive 21-25th, which from what you say would be for the period of the calendar month just gone? If so, I'm light by a hundred or so. It would be so much easier if they provided a trail, rather than a credit for a apparently random amount!

You should have been paid at the end of June for visits you did between 01/05 & 31/05. It might be worth checking that any premiums etc you accepted (especially any by phone) are showing correctly in your "My Assignments" page on their site. If everything is right in there and you have not been paid what is showing I would email them, I know that someone posted the email address for them recently.

    Does anybody want any painkillers?

    :rotfl:

Once my Mam had a headache when she was here and asked if I had any painkillers. She wondered what was going on when I offered her a wide selection :rotfl:

Also got several packets of hayfever tablets off another job, which is handy as my eldest started with hayfever symptoms this year.
Here I go again on my own....

I swear by the end of yesterday I was actually in pain. & remembering where the pain was supposed to be was surprisingly tricky!
