just had a helion text message offering a three figure sum to do 4 bank visits that they cant shift.
dont they realise that even with the best credit file in the world you by the time you get to the 2nd and third let alone 4th your likely to be rejected due to the multiple credit checks in such a short space of time.. ?

for what they want, id be wanting a three figure sum for each visit !

You're also massively increasing your chances of being investigated by the police and/or HMRC by opening lots of bank accounts in a short space of time.

I think it's really negligent of the MS companies to not point this out and wipe the entries from your credit record asap.

React's fancy bag shop made me laugh - those bags cost at least £800! If I had a spare 800 quid I wouldn't be mystery shopping :-)

stick it on a credit card, get a refund to card before the month is out
better than a reimbursement from them... id still want a higher fee for that hassle though

React are been tight on premiums for this week. I saw a sports shop that a month ago paid 2.5 the regular fee and I asked for this only to be told they need it doing this weekend but can only offer an extra half of what the original fee is on top. The jobs are still there as I said it's not worth it.

Do you mean the running sport shop? I did mine for the normal fee and travel fare about 6 months ago. I thought I would give it a whirl. Ended up getting a voucher for a 2nd pair of trainers for £25. So was well chuffed as proper running trainers cost a fair bit. Went back 4 months later to use the voucher, chose the same trainers which had been reduced from £110 to £35. With the voucher, they cost me £10. Blessing in disguise or what :D:D:D

I did one of these a few months ago and the cheapest thing I could find in the shop was a purse at £300! The refund went wrong and ended up taking 3 weeks and a lot of chasing! Plus, I hate having to sound credible when you return to the shop an hour later asking for a refund.

I don't mind doing the enquiry only ones at the cut store prices, but the purchase ones are a bit awkward. I got busted once for not touching the bag but buying it. They knew I was the mystery shopper! Never bothered to do the purchase and refund ones again.

Also, if anyone is thinking of picking one up, wait for a bit as the fee normally goes to x 1.5 or even x 2 at times. No one likes doing these and they hang about forever!!!

I'll have to keep an eye on the fees.Didn't realise they increased them. I've got a few of those bags so I find the visits pretty easy TBH. Don't be put off by the return element, just act confident.:):)
