I thought that email was hilarious - "Fancy travelling across the country to sleep in a muddy field? We'll give you £12 towards the cost!"

I think they know better than to email me about these ones these days. I've sent more than a few snarky emails about b*llsh*t fees like that.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

My highest has been 6x fee plus full reimbursement.

Mine was 11x. But it was the last visit that they needed doing to complete a special project. I was contacted at 5pm and it had to be done before 7pm. It was snowing really heavily. However, the visit was just 5 minutes from my house by car, so I did it.

I think I could have got even more, as I asked for what I thought was a silly figure, as I didn't really want to go out in the snow and he said "Yes" straight away. There was no hesitation or speaking to a supervisor. He almost snapped my hand off! :rotfl:

I saw it as well. So let me get this straight you will pay me approx 70% of my total cost if I go and do a report (which will be unnecessarily long) And no fee? And I have to pay tax on the money you pay me?

I'm gonna stay home with a cuppa.

Thanks for the Gap info - I'm impressed at the 20x!

I asked for 6.5x and they said yes pretty quickly, so like DevilsAdvocate I'm thinking I might have been able to ask for more - it's useful to know how high they're willing to go in case I'm put in that position again.
  • can someone please tell me who the facebook advertised mystery shopping company is?

    Thank youuu!

    Hi everyone

Im registered with most of the companies I can see being mentioned (apart from gap who let me register and begin the training and then deleted my account within hours!!) But I never seem to find regular assignments. I live in Blackpool and just wondered if anyone lives close by within Lancashire area that can advise me where Im going wrong or give me any tips? Or maybe its just this area thats very low on work?

Wanting to boost my income at the mo as have a few debts due that Id like to get sorted before end of the year any advice welcome :)

    Thanks
