Tomorrow is my birthday so I am sending you all some virtual cake... It has no lemon in it as I feel theres more than enough bitterness knockin about..

  • Has anyone been in touch with/heard back from ESA in regards to the Bank Holiday and frozen shops? Is it safe to assume that we can do them on the Weds in lieu of the Mon? I certainly don't fancy doing all 7 of mine in one day...

    LOL I have to laugh because if you really feel that a company is gonna come on this thread and say you were rude to them when you weren't is kinda funny no?

    Let's be fair here you have ranted on the thread fair enough you have been kinda rude towards me -- whatever. Are we really suppose to believe you are an innocent victim?

    I haven't heard anyone else loosing their accounts with this company after the mess and a lot of people ranted here so??


    You tell me are you trying to say that you were not rude in your email and that your account was deactivated for NO reason?

    I'm pretty sure I read elsewhere that it was OK to do them on the Bh.

    No company has come on here and said I was rude to them, and I wouldn't dream of trying to tell you anything as you obviously know everything already...:T

    Did a Gap burger breakfast this morning and got a handwritten receipt. Never had one of those before - helped to make it a bit more interesting I suppose...

    Well ernst did come on here this morning saying he only deactivated ONE account because said person was extremely rude to him...

    it seems that his posts have been removed again

    Can anyone who does video help me please? I'm wondering if I have a faulty camera or if I have to accept that there will be a certain amount of failures. My last camera was a Bu13 which had a faulty head, so it was replaced under warranty at the end of February.

    Since then, I have done 10 visits. Out of the last 3 visits (including one today) I have had 2 fails. One had a good picture, but the sound cut out after 10 seconds or so. It briefly came back on at the 15 minute mark and then went off again for the rest of the visit.

    Today's visit was 1 hour 40 minutes. At the 90 minute mark, the picture goes off but the sound is still there. The sound then goes off after another 2 minutes.

    Do you think the camera is faulty, or is this just the way of things?

    Edited to add : my current camera is a BU18.
