Just received an email from Helion:

"We are very sorry to inform you that due to adatabase error the Intel shops you have Self assigned where not recorded in ourdatabase.
We would like to ask you to re-assign theshops to yourself and check if they are listed under " My Current Evaluations".
Please note shop dates will start fromtomorrow.
For your information we will add more shopsnext week.
Again appologies for the inconveniance caused."

I will give them a call on Monday and double check as I was planning on doing mine on the Monday :eek:

I'm in the same boat, when I applied I said I was doing them on the 7th. They loaded the to days and it says either of those two days on the front page so I will be very annoyed if they turn around and say just the 8th because a) I can't do them and b) I've booked another assignment to make it worthwhile travel wise and doing that on it's own will be a waste of time and money!

Managed to rebook my Helion job, I'd already done the training and printed off my paperwork so would have been a bit miffed if it had gone to someone else.

I'm doing the same task, but my store is a bit more local, so it's not that big a deal if i have to change it by a day (don't want to go on the Monday and then find out afterwards it's not valid!)

They do let you do the visit on the Wednesday following the Monday and Tuesday if that is of any help. I had to phone and reschedule as I could not get mine done on the Tuesday for the last wave, and they changed it without a problem. HTH

Ive had one of my helions go from pending to backup, so ive put a request in to cancel the other one that I originally had at that retail park

What a bunch of incompetants Helion are. The job I had assigned to me disappeared and when I tried to reallocate it to me, it had been taken by somebody else. I emailed them complaining, and they have deactivated my account. What a bunch of idiots...

Well, what can I say apart from don't work for this useless company...

Yes all my jobs have disappeared completely, having done the training and printed it off. Haven't worked for them for a while and probably won't bother now at this rate.
