we will see with that as i was told this about another one i did months ago and never got the points.

This week my balance shot up by 500 points and I have a feeling it's probably this survey credit. Cant think what else it would be. Also wasn't showing as new balance listing for recent date

this has happened to me.

No, I havent had this problem but I cannot log in, telling me my details are invalid! I click on retrieve password and it says my email add is incorrect! I have managed to log ok all last week! :mad:

Yes, this happens to me quite a lot as well. It's very frustrating.

Just out of interest, has anyone ever WON in these "prize draws" that so many of these survey sites supposedly run?

nevermind guys! they got back to me and told me I accidently clicked on spam when they emailed me and they deactived my account!! they restored it now! :j

i signed up for nectar canvass what a con did surveys for about 10 minutes then told i did not qualify and cut off the survey no nectar points,

My points had still not been added so I emailed then again last week and they wrote back this week to say they have investigated and now added them manually :T

There's a surprise - Nectar points are the bane of my life. I spend so much time e-mailing about missing points that they're probably worthless in time spent chasing them up.

I've given up on this - they pay worse than Toluna, which is saying something. The last survey I attempted for them a couple of days ago was offering 20 Nectar points for a 15 minute survey, no thanks
