Yes the same happened to me. I did notice that within the survey itself it talked about £5 (as opposed to 500 points) so wondered if it would get credited to nectar account? Guess will just have to wait and see

Got email back from them today and they say it can take up to 5 weeks to go onto account.

we will see with that as i was told this about another one i did months ago and never got the points.

i get offered to do lots of surveys and when i start to do them a few questions in im told there are enough people for this already and you have been entered into a prize draw, seems pointless

Have done about 10 of these surveys and finished them. I have recieved no nectar points at all. I did email them and got some stupid answer that did not even have anything to do with my missing nectar points. I have now deleted my account. I would also like to add have booked 2 flights through nectar using nectar points and the promised 10% of nectar points where never recieved either. Complete waste of time.
  • total rubbish, never been offered a full survey yet, not planning to log on again. always getting prize draw entries.

    avoid at all costs.
  • Has anyone had problems where when they log into there Canvass account a message comes up saying your account has been blocked due to Data Concerns?

    this has happened to me.

I've been doing it for a couple of weeks and got 1500 points (£7:50). It can be pretty frustrating, but if you perservere it's ok. They hardly ever send you emails so it's up to you to log in regularly to see if there's any sureys. If you wait for the emails you'll probably get about 200 points a year..

I've had a few occasions that i've needed to send a ticket, and up to now they've sorted it and credited my points within a day, so they've not done anything too bad to me just yet.

Agreed. It often takes forever to do "part" of a survey only to have them decide you aren't what they are looking for.
