    Ah, but if we didn't complain then how would Nectar know about the problems? I appreciate it is a very new panel and will give them some more time to sort out the problems with the survey system. The news that the way profiling surveys are used to select who gets which surveys is going to be improved is welcome.

    My only other issue is the tiny amount of points on offer for the length of the surveys - I belong to more than a dozen survey panels and 20-30p (40-60 points) for a 25-30 minute survey is ridiculous, I will not complete surveys like this. As I've been offered 20 points for five minute surveys, this really dosn't add up.

    I joined yesterday and got an email today asking me to participate in a survey. Clicked the link and got straight through to the survey, completed it and presumably il get the 60 points credited to my account at some point. 60 points isn't really recompense for the time though, but as I spend quite a bit of time online anway, that doesn't really bother me.

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve been screened out of the survey. Screening questions shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes, so this will need to be investigated further. Please contact our helpdesk by logging into your Nectar Canvass account and submitting a question via the Support Centre. If you also have the survey reference number it will help with their investigation.

    We welcome your feedback on the number of points were offering for completion of surveys, it is important to us that this level is fair and encourages honest responses. Well always let you know before you start a survey how long it is likely to take and the number of points youll receive if it is successfully completed. We would be keen to investigate the survey which offered 60 points for 30 minutes, so please do let us know which survey this was by logging into your Nectar Canvass account and submitting a question via the Support Centre.

  • Just had my first survey sent me, started it as soon as I received the email, after answering quite a few questions, they tell me they have recieved enough responses.

    Well, it was good for a bit, now it's gone back to inviting me to update my profile multiple times a day with no actual surveys :(
  • just had my 2nd survey,after a few questions I was told they had enough responses.

    I have a funny feeling I'm not going to get much from these surveys.:D

    Yeah, really not having any luck with them now. Every time I click on a survey invite link, I get some rude message saying I can't take the survey as they think I'm lying about who I am or my location, or rushing my way through the surveys. The cheek! I've been more than patient with this site, I don't need crap like that. I sent them a complaint but if they don't sort it soon I'm done with this one, doesn't seem worth it. I've put in hours and earned 190 points - that's it?!
