Collect Nectar points with Nectar Canvass Surveys

Spent an absolute age yesterday doing a survey on Sweeteners - watching videos answering loads of questions, got to nearly the end where it asks some routine questions - one about which magazines I read, when I ticked it it then screened me out. If the survey was dependant on which magazines were read it should have asked that question right at the start. Very annoyed and have contacted them to tell them so.
Had a quick response from them to say it was an error and the points are in my account. Seem to be a lot of errors from what others are saying on here.

I'm thinking of dropping this one as I've only earned about 100 points since the scheme started - they pay worse than Toluna, which is saying something, and I'm sick of getting screened out of surveys. Why did I fill in all the profiles for them to still send me unsuitable surveys? The best panels target their surveys well and I rarely get screened out (IPSOS and Pinecone are the best in this respect).

I have been a member of Canvass but god I'm getting fed up with getting half way and then it tells me they have enough or I don't meet what they are looking for.

Maybe they should give points to people who get half way to be told they can't do the survey.

Hiving give out points each month when this happens to people.

I've had a few surveys recently and managed to complete them and get the points but I have just clicked on the link for another one in an email to be told Thank you for your interest, but you have already participated in this survey.

I'm fed up with it too - I have done countless surveys and spent a long time on them only to be told it is full or I do not qualify.

I agree they are nearly as bad as Toluna and I am thinking I shan't bother in the future as it is just not worth spending the time on the surveys to get nothing in return

I got a e mail today for 500 points to do a Survey but i did it and its showing as Completed and the reward is a draw entry but wait a min in the email it told me i would get 500 points for doing it.

its Survey ORD-70254-S2CX

Did anyone also get this one and is it showing as reward 500 points on your account?

I ditched this some time ago. I did complete some surveys but it takes too long vs the reward offered.

Yes the same happened to me. I did notice that within the survey itself it talked about £5 (as opposed to 500 points) so wondered if it would get credited to nectar account? Guess will just have to wait and see
