Same here, like many others.
An e mail tells me a survey is avaiable and you find out all you get is a profile update. How many times do you need to update your profile in 1 week!! Got better things to do with my time than this.
Unless things get better I'm going to quit this farce also....Thoughts:

I've had several surveys from Nectar since signing up and am NOT impressed with them. I spent a fair amount of time filling out all their poxy profiling surveys only for the first two surveys I received to be for mothers to fill in with their young daughters - despite me making it perfectly clear in the profiles that I have no children. I actually emailed them about it and got an apology, whoopee. Since then I have had about four others, none of which I have been accepted for, ALL that should never have been sent to me given the information in my profiles (for example surveys about work when I am a housewife). Had one yesterday for 60 points (30p) that was supposed to be 25 minutes long, even Toluna pay better than that. I attempted it and, what a surprise, got screened out in the first question or two. I won't resign yet but if they continue to send me surveys that I am not suited for (not to mention being the worst paid I know of) then I won't waste my time any longer. Toluna are the only panel I tolerate the "throw everything at them and some will stick" approach, and that is only because I get a lot of surveys from them and get a £15 payout every 2-3 months on average, Nectar need to shape up or get out of this very competitive market.2020 Wins:

After many weeks of profile surveys. Just as I was going to give up, I finally got 2 today that I could answer, 40 points each. I will see how this one goes before I decide if I will continue.0

Not that impressed, I think I've completed maybe 2. The rest I seem to get quite far in or the initial page requires quite a few answers to check before I get screened out, the points they are offering are not so good either and they just don't feel that interesting. Hope they improve things fast.0

Hi all,
Apologies for the problems you’ve experienced trying to complete surveys from Nectar Canvass. We’re always keen to hear any feedback which will help us to improve the panellist experience.
There are two ways we may contact you:
- Some of the emails from us will direct you straight to the survey. Thanks to MoneySavingExpert and other panellist feedback, we have identified a problem with the way profile surveys are used to target survey invitations, and we are currently fixing this. Changes are also being made to the platform to make sure you are not prompted to update your profile sections if they have recently been updated.
- You may also receive invites to the general Nectar Canvass survey platform, where you need to fill in some questions which can increase the chance of the most appropriate survey being selected for you. We do this as there are many surveys available at any one time, and we don't want to bombard you with invitations, so this is a good way to direct you to a relevant survey. However, unfortunately it does not mean that you will always qualify for the survey, but we are currently working on the process to ensure that it’s more accurate. Surveys with very specific criteria may have relatively extensive screening sections. That means you could spend several minutes on a survey before knowing whether you are part of the target group, however this should not take longer than five minutes. Quality checks are being introduced to ensure that this is always the case.
Nectar Canvass is a new panel, still being developed, and we’re always looking for ways to improve. We welcome your feedback and rely on it in order to make the panellist experience a positive one.

Emma,
I would like everyone to know that I just wasted thirty minutes of my time filling out a long winded survey where at points the percentage of completion went BACKWARDS as I had to repeat the same questions on different brands. At the end of the survey I was told "this is not the right survey for you" and I was unable to collect points.
I don't mind being screened out at the beginning of the survey, but if you've wasted my time for half an hour and then screened me out can I please ask whether you're actually still using my answers and why you're WASTING MY TIME and MISLEADING ME.
How am I going to be recompensed for this waste of time? Will I have the 80 points in question credited to my account or will you credit that as well as compensatory points?
Your system is flawed and major strides have to be taken to repair this, but I should hope I will be treated fairly here and you will apologise and recompense me for this sorry waste of time. I am a keen user of the Nectar scheme but I will not stand for this kind of misleading and appalling behaviour.0
