Send a email, I did a email and got screened out at the end and they added the points to my account as they had seen i had completed it.

Thanks for the advice, I will do what you say merely out of principal but i'm not bothering with Canvas anymore, the rewards are derisory.

I like completing surveys as they can be really interesting, the reward is a bonus but 40p for almost half an hour is scandalous. And never have I done a survey that requires you to watch a video solidly for at least 10 minutes yet gives no indication whatsoever how long the video is going to be for.

I joined up today, got several 'survey' questions, was then sent an invite to one,I completed about 10 screens of questions, about banking, broadband, loads of questions, then got 'screened out' at the end!!!!!Seems like a BIG con to me.

Did anyone else have a survey about washing up liquid the other day? They seemed to imply that they'd be sending me a sample to try, which I've never had from Nectar Canvass before.

For what it's worth, you can avoid being screened out of many of the questionnaires by being somewhat... ahem... "creative" in some of your answers... Ummm... "yeah, I've bought a tv and computer in the last 12 months..." The only ones you can't help are when you're screened on the basis of age, gender or location.

I haven't done a survey on washing up liquid but I have had product tests from surveys that I've done on Nectar Canvass before - had some biscuits and fabric conditioner to test from them

    Hi everyone.

This nectar canvass is a joke.

I have been sent a couple surveys every other day and I have not qualified for 90% of them. I complete a few questions or get 70% through it and then i cannot go any further.
I have received surveys with errors and incomplete surveys with a check box missing.

When i email nectar they tell me there might be technical problems or some surveys are not suitable for some particapants, ok well why let me go 70% of the way, then stop. why waste my time.

I had 2 surveys in last 2 days for 100 points and 120 points which i could not complete, how annoying. I was also asked for my zip code (numbers only) on one survey, so i could not go any further.

Adpoints is much better, guaranteed points.

What I've found with Canvass, saying this as a member for about 5-6 weeks with 5556 points earned, is that you cannot wait on emails from them. I rarely receive emails (maybe one a week) from Canvass, but daily there are surveys available (last few days have been a bit slow).

They have just changed their customer service, I will say that. I often have to report surveys for being just plain wrong (I've had two surveys meant for people who live in countries that aren't the UK, yet they don't screen you out, and many others that didn't work as intended). I still get a real response within 24 hours, but it's now a form response, rather than a human thinking and typing a response.

I have withdrawn from this program, Most of them kicked me off half way through - and I had an issue with one of them installing a Trojan onto my laptop which was severely denied by the company.

It was a complete waste of time, and resulted in a reinstall of windows!
    Wishing you all good luck!

Thank you. I have been clicking the link they sent me every 2 to 3 days to see if there are new surveys but often I am just asked to update my profile. I am getting standard replies, they are not even addressing the problems with errors and surveys for non UK citizens.

Did anyone get a survey the other day about breakfast biscuits? I got one and it asked alot of questions about Belvita, at the end of the survey it asked if I wanted to do a trial for them and be sent a product, so it looks like I may get some biscuits through the post. :) This is the first time I have got anything like that normally it is a long survey then I get near to the middle and it says I am not the right fit for the survey.

Got something similar a few weeks ago but for another product. I actually got the product too! I think that gave me 400 nectar points (or at least that's what it says).

I guess I'm one of the only people not having many problems with this site. It says I have a total of 2,040 points (can't remember when I joined) earned. Using this, the toolbar, and adpoints gets me quite a few points every month.
