Collect Nectar points with Nectar Canvass Surveys

Got something similar a few weeks ago but for another product. I actually got the product too! I think that gave me 400 nectar points (or at least that's what it says).
I guess I'm one of the only people not having many problems with this site. It says I have a total of 2,040 points (can't remember when I joined) earned. Using this, the toolbar, and adpoints gets me quite a few points every month.
Your lucky i got a bottle of mouth wash and got paid 10 points!Jan Wins: .0 -
Just completed some surveys. Normally have no problems with this site (except the inevitable, occasional chuck off surveys), but the last two I completed both went wrong. The first says 'Started, not completed,' but when I click on the link the surveying company say I have already completed it (which I have). Second, a survey about holidays in the UK (for Wales, I think) seemed to fail to redirect after , just left me on a screen for ages with 'Loading...' on it.
Not really expecting help with those problems. My question is, having sent a polite but firm email to Canvass, is there any chance I will get the points I'm owed? It's a small amount of money, but I hate to feel like the last 20-30 minutes have been wasted, and I also hate the principle of companies benefiting from my answers (and Canvass presumably being paid for them too) without getting any reimbursement.0 -
I got a email from Nectar online yesterday and it was a invite to join a new site(e-rewards) and do surveys for nectar points.
Does anyone know anything about this and did they get a email as well?
i joined so will wait to start getting surveys and see what it is like.0 -

I have been a member of e-rewards for a couple of years now but I have never heard of being paid in Nectar Points?
The e-rewards I do are owned by BA and I get Avios points for each survey?

thanks for the feedback
i got sent an email inviting me to join but after reading here, i'll give it a miss0 -
I am surprised to see that Nectar canvass is getting worse. I left because i was tired of getting surveys i could not complete after wasting several minutes filing out questions.
I am more tired of getting surveys i cannot start because they are not in English or i cannot get past the first page because it is asking me for a US zipcode when i live in the UK.
When i contact nectar canvass they always reply with a standard generic answer. I have missed out on hundreds of nectar points.
I rejoined to try to get my nectar points up so that i can use my points over the summer. I regret rejoining.0 -

I can log in but when I click the button to check for surveys, I end up on a page with a little black circly thing spinning and nothing else happens. Been like this for a few days now. (Trying to figure out if it's just my computer or an actual site problem, given that I can no longer use the toolbar either - grr!)
Edit: nevermind, it's been broken for days but literally starts to work a minute after I post this. I think Nectar are playing mind games with me now.
Edit number two: ...except for every single survey I try to access, I just end up at that stupid passive aggressive message about how they think I've already done the survey or rushed through a survey or some other 'violation' that they can't actually specify. Double grr.0 -
It is bloody annoying being screened out of a survey simply because you gave the wrong response or we already had plenty of responses from your area.0
