As my cousin is having a couple of weeks working on other things, I have got my act together and done a bit more on the tidying up. I polished two chairs, moved the suitcases out of the study and into the spare room (fast becoming a dumping ground :o), put the furniture and curtains back on the landing, put all my nice clean work shoes back in the wardrobe, cleaned the landing and study windows, and moved some pictures around. I need to do a bit more dusting/filing/tidying in the study before I put the curtains up though.

    Hello

I'm planning on returning from next week. Had a bit of a chaotic time with an 80+ year old to look after when her husband was taken into hospital. DPs great aunt. Anyway his Dad is back for next week so I must get an overdue assignment done and some housework caught up on!

    Hope you're all well xx
One day I might be more organised...........

LameWolf - We have a shih tzu which shouldn't be such a task, but he has hip and elbox dysplasia which means he gets tired of standing up quickly and various other health issues. Not only is he tired but because he doesn't like being messed about he gets snappy and it just takes forever. Quickest ever today though - 2.5 hours :j
    Awww, bless him.:o

DD's room finished - well apart from a fiddly bit by her door but her bed is rebuilt (and being slept in as I write) and everything has been either put back or chucked so our bedroom is fit for habitation too!:p DH promises he'll get the fiddly bit cut and put in place while I'm at church tomorrow.:j

So we're having a cuppa then it's off to bed for us too:)

    Sleep tight everyone

    Morning All

Well I did a load of paperwork yesterday and a load of Scouting stuff. So far this morning I've washed the dishes and half sorted the DR.

Parade this afternoon so I'll see what I get done this morning.

    Have a good day all

    Morning lovelies!

It's still chucking it down outside, lovely to listen to though, but yeah I'd really like it to stop now cos my grass has lashed up and it needs to be dry so I can cut it.

Will be ironing later on, WM on with the towels, give my LR door another coat of gloss, tidy coffee table, nip to shop for milk, do DW, hang clothes up, go somewhere for a mixture of rather exotic light bulbs, other than that I can do what I like :j

Finally put the rubber seal around my bath last night, I've only had it a week :o but I'm pleased that's done

    Morning Everyone

Just one little boy up so far. So about to start some work. Todays list:

Friday – Choose a room which never gets much attention
Maybe snug, kids bedroom, spare room, conservatory
    Level 2
    Hoover or mop the floor
Wipe all dusty areas with a damp cloth

    Also, I need to:

    1. HHI x 3
    2. Take the boys out somewhere before it rains!
    3. DW
    4. Tidy kitchen
    5. Meal plans for next week
    6. Clear airer
    7. TD
    8. Fold and out away TD
    9. Clear off dining table

Hope I have more success than yesterday!

    See you all later!

    Morning all.

it was all very quiet when I picked DD up last night and she didnt kick off so thats all positives to bear in ming for next time.

Plans for today - Currently eating breakfast in bed. Theres something quite satisfying about that on a Sunday morning. Not going out this morning as I have to be away from here by 1 for work so I will be in the kitchen either doing a bit of batch booking or preparing dinner for the kids to cook while I am out as I'm not back til 730.
Perhaps work out a meal plan (and try to stick to it) as DS is back at uni for a few days and thats when i ususally end up not eating properly as Ido what DD wants which I cant usually eat.

Back later, prob around coffee time :D
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
