    It's far too expensive for what it is and the location. It's also very obviously ex-LA which to me is incredibly off-putting.

    It's the style of architecture that suggest it's an ex-council house. This doesn't have to be a bad thing and you might be moving into a nice community. I'd take a walk round the estate late on a Friday night. This would give you a feel for the type of place you'd be moving to.

    Almost a third of a million pounds for an ex-council house? I'm glad I live up north ;)
