Off road parking is subject to planning permission...maybe that's it? there's a problem with onstreet and no one can get the planning permission?
also it says the garden is 70-80ft with a total of 4 sheds, really doesn't look like that from the pictureLittle Lowe born January 2014 at 36+6

You could only increase the value by 20% in one year if that decking was gold-plated.0

Maybe it's the "invisible floor" that you're missing - how can you put a price on that?

Very much so, plus they are being optimistic on the valuation. It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

I would consider buying it but not for £300k unless that is the going rate for those houses in that area. If that's what it costs to buy that kind of house then forget the previous prices and pay the going rate, they obviously got a good deal before if that's the case. If it's overpriced compared to other houses then offer what it is worth or look at more realistically priced properties.0

I'm with those who think the current vendors want to get back some of the money they spent on kitchen/flooring/landscaping etc.You had me at your proper use of "you're".0
