Snap! I've got a load of beans, caulis and broccoli started off in pots, but I haven't had time to plant them out yet due to the rubbish weather we've been having. I've also got a load of garlic and onions to start away not to mention all of the other seeds that are waiting to be sown but can't get room on the windowsills because of the beans...

I've decided that Saturday will be the day for tackling the garden and the queue of stuff to be started off. Normally I'd do the shopping and housework then, housework can wait and Tesco can come to me!

I spent a fair few hours yesterday washing pots and then repotting various seedlings. I then started to panic about the expected drop in temperature as the pots were now too big to live on my windowsills and I had far too many pots to live in my little plastic greenhouse. I then came up with a brilliant idea! I have a large walk in porch that I normally only use to keep the pushchiar in, so I put in a shelving unit that we don't use anymore and put the plants in the porch. It is like a nice little unheated greenhouse!
