Interesting that they should refer to their terms and conditions. As far as I can see the only relevant bit is :

Locations, experiences and prices
All locations, experiences and prices are correct at the time of going to press but may change or be withdrawn for reasons beyond our control.

The fact that they may be changed or withdrawn applies only to people who haven't yet ordered. i.e. they can withdraw or change the current price and are under no obligation then to offer that price to anybody who hasn't ordered, but anyone who has ordered will have formed a contract.

It also amuses me that they don't want to get all legalistic. I think this means they know legally they don't have a leg to stand on!

well i am not getting any response to my emails to now, asked if they can highlight the t&cs that allow them to cancel my booking, so will just keep sending it till i get a response

Perhaps they have no one responding to emails over the weekend i have not had a reply yet.

Just back on line after the weekend. I've just checked and they've taken the £25 off my CC. I had an email confirmation at the price of £25 and have heard nothing since. Please keep us all informed if anyone has any success or receives their voucher.

I checked with the bank today they took the money no problem but no refund is showing yet grrrrr i am skint as well !!! i said yeah take that concert sounds fun the other week she took that to mean order me a ticket i now suddenly owe £50!

i have complained once, been offered a further £10 off and rejected that saying its not good enough doesnt state in t&c's etc, but havent heard anything since. has anyone else managed to get any further with these people? last time i heard from them was friday. might send a polite reminder.

Have not heard a thing since Friday so have just sent them another e-mail as my bank a/c was debited £25.00 and nothing arrived in todays post! They don't wanna talk anymore
