Well, I managed to book it, but have had neither a confirmation nor a cancellation e-mail; will wait to see what happens....

I've had a confimation email *confused*

...although my quidco has been rejected :(

Are they allowed to do this? If they've made the mistake, why do we not get!!!

I got a confirmation email then I got a second email saying that they were refunding my money as it was a price error. Gutted x

I have no idea if they are allowed to do it or not - I was sooo excited about it too.

I'm sure that they are not allowed to?

On other threads on here - e.g. the Grattans E900 mobile phone misprice - I recall the deciding factor was whether they actually took your money or not.

If so, then the contract is formalised. If not, then they can back out.

I'm sure there will be a legal-beagle along in a minute to confirm the legitimacy of pulling out of a paid for deal.

    Good luck.
