Just had cancellation email here as well :mad:0

Well I'd kick up a fuss. There's nothing in their terms and conditions which would allow them to cancel. If they've taken payment they should honour and even if they haven't they don't have a good reason to cancel particularly if they've sent a cancellation email.
Their website also says this:
"As soon as you place your order this gift pack will wing its way to you (or the recipient) containing the experience voucher (valid for 6 months from date of purchase), message card, booking instructions and information booklet."
Anyone have an email for Richard Branson? I don't think it's actually one of his companies - it's one he's sold off - but it still damages the Virgin reputation. And if anyone is an (ex NTL/Telewest) Virgin Media customer they can kick up more fuss about the loss of Sky One.0 -
Just got a confirmation email, sent back an email saying how disappointed I was, and they sent the confirmation email again! Customer service evidently isn't a strong point of this company.0

i don't think the second email was a response to your email as i have also had two and haven't responded to the cancellation.
But as you've said, customer service not up to much!0 -

I did get a 'sorry for sending you the same email twice and for any inconvenience this may cause'. But still no addressing of my complaints. Virgin really aren't having a good week, are they?0 -
I have had two cancellation e-mails this morning and have repiled to one saying I am not happy that they can do this as I have a confirmation and just because they got the price wrong it isn't my problem. If I had bought from a shop then they would have had to honour the price. I am gonna push this one, and keep you posted!total wins 2013 £5500 2014 £7500 2015 £23,900 2016 £10,650 2017 £13,040 2018 £10,620 2019 £10,115 2020 £3970.00

I have just emailed them after they said they will refund the money, saying that it is not right what they are doing, chucked in a few trading standard laws and said i will seek legal advice should they not honour the contract. hopefully they will take note and honour it. if enough people do this they may honour it0
-
can you please confirm the trading standards laws you've included as i may do the same thing!0
