    I copied brownhandbags email and then rejigged a bit of it ( I really hope they don't mind :eek: ) and changed a few phrases so it wasn't deja vu when Nat was reading it. Honestly it took me less than 5 minutes to copy, paste, rejig and send !!!

    I had a real nightmare moment cos my laptop keeps crashing and it went funny just as I was about to send them the mail however with a lot of luck it managed to stay on and mail sent

    I shall be writing my emails tonight then.... Still no sign of an email actually telling me they've refunded my money and cancelled my order which in itself is poor customer service. If it wasnt for the fact I know through internet banking I would only have found out at the end of the month!!
  • Thank you for your email of 7 March about the pricing error on the Relaxation Day Experience you had ordered from our web site.



    I am sorry that you have been in any way inconvenienced. What happened was that a price REDUCTION of £25 was advertised as the purchase price for an Experience that normally retails at £99 or more. This was an innocent error which resulted in a briefly published price that was clearly wrong and at which it is simply impossible to supply economically.



    As soon as we realised that an error had been made we withdrew the offer and refunded your payment to ensure that you suffered no financial loss.



    Having taken advice we are quite satisfied that we have not breached any consumer legislation. Our mistake was a genuine one and was immediately rectified, causing no one any loss or damage.



    Nevertheless we want to minimise any inconvenience or disappointment and are prepared to honour your purchase at the price of £25 on an ex gratia basis and without prejudice.



    As we have refunded your credit card and voided the initial transaction could I please ask you to register your claim by writing to me directly at the address below if you decide to accept this offer and go ahead with this purchase.



    I will need details of the credit or debit card you wish to charge the purchase to and, as the promotional offer was to a closed group and is non-transferable, the name of the organisation which employs you and qualifies for the offer; and, finally, the name of the person who will be participating in the activity and the message you wish to include on the voucher.


    I received this email- now what was the name of the compnay who offered the deal originally

    I don't get this cause although we told each other it was on there the price was put up on the website for anyone. I got it from the home page and then just clicking to buy! No code or anything needed....think they are trying it on again. Just tell them it wasn't a special link, so who you work for is irrelavant.
