yes they must be trying it on as they've already said in writing to me that it was a pricing error rectified immediately. Somebody needs to get their story right! This guy is getting on my nerves now. I just want my voucher!

Your original transaction was voided because the posted promotional price was incorrect. As soon as we realised that an error had been made we took steps to refund any monies that had been taken, which we did in your case.

This offer was made to a specific closed user group in our employee benefits scheme and I wonder if you would be kind enough to advise me which scheme you are part of so that we can verify your entitlement to participate?
