I iemailed again i included all correspondece in one email suggestion they had there wires crossed somehow or that they were stalling me...... They replied they are looking again at it.
  • I got the email from Mr O'Brien saying they would honour the purchase price of £25. However he wanted me to write with my credit card details etc. I wasnt too happy about that so I phoned him to give him my CC details over the phone. He asked which scheme I was part of and said the offer was only available to a select group as a benefit of an employee scheme .... or whatever. I was totally confused as I booked the spa day through Quidco and went right on to the Virgin Experience site. It didnt ask me anything when I booked it about being part of any scheme. I was on their website at the £25 price and then when I went back in 5 mins later it was up to £99. He didnt seem to think this was possible. It was and I booked it and I want it at £25. He said he would speak to someone at Virgin and get back to me this afternoon.
  • Some people were able to get it through the front screen!!

Did anyone definately not use the brinc link? If you use the brinc link it seems to store a cookie so that if you then go via the homepage it shows the discounts. Try it.

    http://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/ - ordinary prices
    http://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/brinc - discounts
    http://www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk/ - discounted prices

Anyway a very quick google turns up

    http://www.brincltd.com/

who specialise in providing and managing employee benefit shopping and service portals - giving members great value and great savings.

Mainly they give discounts to NHS and local autority employees, so if you are one of those you are probably OK.

I sent him the letter on friday with my details, and nothing back yet. They haven't asked about the brinc thing yet but I definately went thro' the home page with no problems like LesleyFB. I do actually work for the local council, so if they wanna try that then bring it on :)
